Greetings! Allow me to welcome you to the official website of the Gamma Phi Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc. Our chapter was chartered in Houston, TX in 1966 and continues to serve the Houston and surrounding areas through Greater Service, Greater Progress.

 

In the Gamma Phi Sigma Chapter, we firmly believe in Guiding Phenomenal Service. We live this belief through our advising of the undergraduate chapters at Texas Southern University (Alpha Lambda) and Prairie View A&M University (Delta Alpha) and our thriving affiliate organization of the Rhoer Club, Philo Affiliate and Rhosebuds.

 

The true legacy of GPS lies in our leadership within Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. The distinguished membership of our chapter include the current International Grand Basileus, Rasheeda S. Liberty, current Southwestern Region Syntakes, Miranda Moore, current Director of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc, Karen Y. Williams, current Editor and Chief of the Aurora, Richelle N. Jones, and a host of present and past regional and international officers. Gamma Phi Sigma is where leadership lives. Our members answer the call to service and serve with excellence every time.
